This privacy policy informs you in accordance with Art. 13 GDPR about the processing of personal data when you visit this website, sign up for the waitlist, or use the seller submission form.

2. Website hosting (GitHub Pages)

This website is hosted via GitHub Pages, provided by GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you access the website, technically required data (in particular IP address, date and time of the request, browser type, operating system) are processed by GitHub to deliver the website and ensure the stability and security of the infrastructure.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technically error-free delivery of the website). Since GitHub is a US company, data may be transferred to the United States. The transfer takes place on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, supplementary Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR.

3. Waitlist sign-up (email address)

On this website you can voluntarily sign up via a form to be notified when the project launches. Only your email address is collected.

• Purpose: a one-time notification about the launch of the service, and possibly accompanying information about the project.
• Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent given by submitting the form).
• Storage period: until you withdraw your consent, or until the project is discontinued.
• Withdrawal: you can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by sending a short email to the contact address above. The lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal is not affected.

The waitlist data are not used for any other purpose or transferred to third parties beyond the processor named below (Formspree).

4. Processing through Formspree

To receive and store the form submissions I use the service Formspree. Provider is Formspree, Inc., 2810 N Church Street, PMB 91272, Wilmington, Delaware 19802, USA. Formspree receives your email address, stores it on its own servers, and makes it available to me through a dashboard.

A data processing agreement within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Formspree. Since Formspree is a US company, data are transferred to the United States. The transfer takes place on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR.

5. Google Maps Platform address suggestions

The seller submission form offers optional address suggestions through Google Maps Platform. For customers with a German billing address, the Google Maps Core Services contracting entity is Google Cloud EMEA Limited, 70 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland. The service is not loaded when the page opens. It is loaded only when you focus the street-address field.

When you use this feature, address search terms, your IP address, browser language, and related technical data are sent directly to Google so that matching addresses can be returned. The purpose is to make address entry faster and reduce typing errors. You can ignore the suggestions and enter every address field manually.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing a convenient, optional address-entry aid). Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, Google relies on recognized transfer safeguards, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.

Use of the address suggestions is subject to the Google Maps additional terms and the Google privacy policy.

6. No analytics or advertising tracking

PodsReunion does not use analytics tools or advertising trackers. Google Maps Platform may store or access technical data on your device when you choose to use the address-suggestion feature described above.

7. Your rights

You have the right at any time to:

8. Currency and changes to this policy

This privacy policy is dated July 2026. Due to further development of the project or changes in legal or regulatory requirements, it may become necessary to adapt this policy. The current version is available on this page at any time.
